According to the same article, apparently the tribe is trying to get rid of its Chicago investors, who sued the tribe.

Absolutely frightening! But, not suprising. Greedy men (and women) are looking out for anything to fatten their bank accounts...even if it's rotten meat lying at the base of the bridge, below or atop the bluff. Vultures come to mind.
