At the last meeting of the Mayor & Board of Aldermen, David Gardiner (Natchez Water Works) reported that for the first month since Katrina, there were more water turn offs than water turn ons in July. Generally speaking, when your turn ons are higher than your turn offs, your population is growing, and vice versa. (This sounds vaguely obscene.)
Is this a trend or just a blip?
